Wilkinson 1910 motorcycle replica

2005. By now I was really “hooked” on replicating vintage motorcycles in the recumbent style. This Wilkinson 1910 replica was aimed to be exact. It took me a while to complete this complex project. But it was worth the challenge. The replica recumbent style rides well and with Honda GX31 power assist any hills can be conquered. The 4 cylinder “dummy” engine is there just for fun so are genuine Lucas type carbide lamps. The 7 gears are Nexus type and the rear leaf springs come from a 1940’s Morris Minor.
